These Terms govern access to and use of the CodeQuest website, application, services, software, and content. By downloading, installing, creating an account, or using CodeQuest, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use CodeQuest.
These Terms govern your access to and use of CodeQuest. If you do not agree, do not install or use the application. Users below the age required to consent independently in their country must use CodeQuest with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
CodeQuest grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use the application for personal educational purposes. The application is licensed, not sold, and no ownership rights are transferred to you.
CodeQuest and its original software, interface, lessons, text, questions, artwork, images, audio, logos, visual identity, data structures, and other materials are owned by or licensed to CodeQuest and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, libraries, fonts, and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

You retain rights in original projects or content that you create. You grant CodeQuest a limited worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. You confirm that your submissions do not violate another person's rights.
CodeQuest may release optional or mandatory updates for security, compatibility, content, or functionality. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. Internet access may be required for accounts, cloud data, and update checks.
Suspected violations may result in evidence preservation, content removal, access restrictions, account suspension or termination, and formal demands to stop the violation. Where appropriate and legally available, CodeQuest may seek takedowns, injunctions, compensation for losses, recovery of reasonable enforcement costs, and civil or criminal remedies through competent authorities or courts.
CodeQuest is an educational service provided “as is” and “as available”. It does not guarantee employment, certification, uninterrupted availability, or error-free content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeQuest is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
CodeQuest may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security threats, or legal requirements. Disputes should first be sent to help@codequest.pt and may then be submitted to an appropriate court or legally available dispute-resolution body.
